I'm 47, a Mum of 2 and former primary school teacher. I've now been a personal trainer and online menopause coach for almost 4 years.

I used to spend hours every week attending classes and doing cardio to make up for a poor diet. I didn't sleep well, my hormones were all over the place and I didn't have the lean and strong body that I wanted.

I made a change by focusing on training for strength and power, eating a high protein diet and this helped my sleep and hormone balance. This is how our 'Lift! Nourish! Sustain!' program was born.
